If you have a contract with a deviation from the Standard Fee Scale (including additional negotiated costs, pro bono work, or Sliding Scale), then High Country Coaching must generate a specialized QR Code or payment link for you to pay with a credit or debit card. This will arrive by email and must be kept private.

Cash, money order, and personal checks are all accepted in person. If you must mail your payment, only send checks or money orders through the mail and ensure that your booking is at least two weeks out from the date you post payment to give time for delivery. If payment is not received before your session, you will be asked to reschedule until payment arrives.

When you make your selection, ensure that you select the correct QR code for your session (online/ in-person or personal/organization).

Standard Fees are to be paid before your Coaching/ Consultation experience directly after you book your session. After payment is received, an invoice will be e-mailed or mailed to the address you placed on file with us.
